DELIVERY
The delivery of all our orders will be normally processed in 1 to 7 working days. However, due to unpredictable reasons, it can take up to 28 working days. The delivery will be made by CTT or MRW and transportations costs may apply (you'll be informed about the amount during the checkout).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
2. For orders you actual received and accepted, you can ask the return which will have transportation cost for you.
3. To cancel your order free of charge, you should: 1 - do not complete the payment, this way we will not process the delivery; or 2 - refuse the order when arriving at your address (this way it will be returned to us) and then we process the refund.

In both 1, 2 and 3 cases we aim to process your returns as quickly as possible, please allow up to 14 days from we receiving your return for your refund to clear, counting from the day we receive the return in our facilities. We willl process the return using the same method you use to pay for the order. In case you choose to pay by MB reference, we will refund in 14 days after we receive your bank account details, so we can complete the process.
5. To exchange your order please contact us, we will find the best solution for you (transportation costs may apply).
6. If you received your product with defects or not in the shape you consider that it should be, please contact us for evaluation (please make sure you don’t accept any order that is not sealed, otherwise we won’t take the responsibility for the items condition).
FINAL DISPOSITIONS
In case of violation of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to exercise any and all legal action. In addition, we reserve the right to, at its own discretion, cancel your account on the website, with or without notice to you.

DELIVERY
